How Our Staffing Process Works

Our hiring model is built around speed, structure and flexibility. We’ve streamlined the process to make it easy for clients to secure reliable staff, even at short notice.

It starts with a briefing. You tell us what you needroles, numbers, timing, uniform, venue details, and the tone you want to set. We then match your event to a shortlist of trained personnel from our existing team. Where possible, we assign individuals who have worked in similar settings or who are familiar with the venue or format.

On the day of your event, our internal coordination team checks in on delivery. We make sure staff are on-site, appropriately dressed and ready to work. We remain in contact throughout to assist with any changes or requests, and to ensure everything is running to plan.

Where We Work

Our operations are based in Western Australia and South Australia, but we’re growing rapidly into the eastern states. In WA, we regularly support events in Perth, Broome, Geraldton and Albany. In SA, our crew services Adelaide, Port Augusta and Ceduna. We’re also expanding into New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, with more locations being added all the time.

If your event is outside these areas, we’d still love to hear from you. We’ve supported remote and regional activations across the country and can often mobilise a crew to suit your schedule.

OUR HISTORY

WHERE IT ALL STARTED

It has been said ‘If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life’ this is the motto that has been fully embraced by Event Personnel’s intermediary and front man Joe Vecchiotti who has worked for over 45 successful years in the Concert and Event Production industry.

From his illustrious start working bands in Adelaide and running audio hire company in Adelaide and then moving as stage manager for 70’s band Sherbet and other well-known bands throughout the 80’s he learnt form the ground up what it takes to put on a spectacular show.

There are few elements of concert production that Joe has not experienced first-hand given that the stage manager was required to be a one-man band that looked after every element of production as a stage technician, mixing the sound and bumping out at the end of the night.

His hands on experience gave him a unique perspective of what is required from each crew member.

It was a natural progression for him to found his own Crewing and Event Staffing Company.
