REACH OUT
A candidate’s journey will start from applying to one of our vacancies, whether it comes from Seek, LinkedIn, Indeed, Referrals, Employment Agencies or Walk-In’s. Our Recruitment team understand our client / hiring manager’s needs, therefore know how to identify key attributes, skills and experience when reviewing a candidates current Resume, to align as close as possible to the requirements of our clients and hiring managers. This is called ‘Shortlisting’.

RAPPORT
A phone call to a ‘Shortlisted’ Candidate is conducted, giving us the opportunity to find out what the candidate is looking for e.g. Security of income, change of industry, exposure to many industries. If what we have to offer aligns with what the candidate is seeking, and invitation to come in, have a yarn and meet face to face is our next phase.

RELATIONSHIP
This yarn is not a formal process in the sense and perception of what that word ‘Interview’ means. Our yarn is opportunity to eyeball each other, feel the ‘vibe’ and visually see who could potentially be a representing MOB not only to our clients but also the community.

RETENTION
Continuous contact and correspondence with the Recruitment team.
